8 FRUGAL WAYS TO DECORATE YOUR HOME FOR WINTER
AFTER CHRISTMAS DECORATING IDEAS ON A BUDGET
Cheryl, from That’s What Che Said, decorated her winter mantel with a cozy feeling in winter whites, browns, and pop of soft blue. My favorite idea is how she used her frame to hang the large Dollar Store snowflake. You can find affordable frames at thrift stores.
Ashley, from Domestic Imperfection, created her easy rustic snowflake decor using pallet wood. The snowflakes she stenciled look great against the natural wood color. This is an excellent, cheap way to decorate in a rustic farmhouse style for winter.
Laura’s Crafty Life, created this beautiful snowflake wreath with, believe it not, Dollar Tree snowflakes. This wreath is an easy DIY winter decor project and considering the cheap supplies it turned out to look quite amazing!
Jenny, from Refresh Living, wrapped up her winter wonderland wreath with a cozy scarf found at a thrift store. Her idea is so clever and I really like how she added pom poms as the snowballs. Makes me want to go thrifting for a flannel scarf now!
Amy, from Mod Modge Rocks, has a winter craft tutorial on how to make these embellished Dollar Tree candles. How cute will these thrifty candles be for decorating for winter?!
Linda, from Craftaholics Anonymous, decorated her winter mantel with simple decor, but all of it together makes a big impact with the colors she chose. Take a look at the snowmen she made using 2×4 boards ~ adorable!
KC, from The Real Thing with the Coake Family, made these awesome winter apothecary jars. These turned out great! Apothecaries can get expensive, so just think about how much money she saved making these herself!
Hopefully, you got some wonderful inspiration from these frugal ways to decorate your home for winter! Which idea will you make to use in your home?
