Patriotic Party Table Free Printables

Thanks for Sharing!

When planning the layout for your 4th of July cookout, you’ll want to use these patriotic party table free printables to create a fun and whimsical look for the food and drink stations.

You can use the “Sweet Summertime” print at your drink station, the “Let’s Eat” print on your main food table, and the “Happy July 4th” print anywhere.

I placed my patriotic prints in acrylic self standing frames to keep everything easy and inexpensive.

I purchased my frames at Walmart. The 8×10 was $2.25 and the 5×7 sizes were $1.25. Very budget-friendly prices, right!?

If you have time to get a little crafty, you can spice up an 8×10 frame with painted dots like I did.

  • acrylic frame
  • Apple white craft paint
  • Apple red craft paint
  • Apple blue craft paint
  • dotting tools

Remove the attached film on the acrylic frames before painting.

TIP – Place a little bit of rolled tape on the back of the print for it to stay in the correct position in the 8×10 frame.

I used the end of a new pencil eraser to make the large dots, the end of an artist brush for the medium dots, and the tip of a ball point sewing pin for the tiny dots.

The blue paint isn’t the perfect color to match the print, but it’s the closest I had on hand.

Once the blue dots were completely dry, I went back and dotted with blue for a second coat for complete coverage.

PRINTING THE PATRIOTIC FREE PRINTABLES:

I had my printable designs printed at Staples on their laser printer. Since the designs have lots of red and blue, I didn’t want to use my home printer.

Laser printers produce crisper and brighter printables compared to home printers. Home prints will be fine, but they will look duller.

    1. Joanne, I didn’t even think about using them for invitations. Great idea. I think the “Let’s Eat” one would be too funny for invites.

    1. Carol, I wasn’t sure if the frame looked too busy with the printable or not, but I think it’ll serve it’s purpose just fine. Nice hopping with you for the first time. 🙂

  1. Allyson I love these patriotic printables. You are so talented! And the way you framed them really made the printables perfect. Great job!

  2. What a fabulous idea, Allyson! This is such a fun way to help celebrate all the patriotic holidays and events that occur throughout the year! Thanks for sharing and giving us free printables! And I love that they are customizable, too!

  3. These are so festive Allyson and you’re so right about having these printed; the colours really pop! Your hand painted embellishments look amazing on the 8×10 frame.

    1. Thanks for the compliment, Sara! I was trying to think of a frame that would be quick and easy for others to make… can’t go wrong with dots. 🙂
