Since everyone could use a laugh right now because of our stay-at-home order, I’m sharing a free Easter printable with a funny quote: “Wishing you an Easter filled with solid chocolate bunnies!” Speaking of chocolate, I really would love some chocolate right about now!
This 5 X 7 printable, with cute and funny Easter quote, is the perfect size to frame and give as a small gift of cheer or add to an Easter basket for an additional fun gift.
Chocolate bunnies bring a childhood memory to life for me. My grandmama used to give my sister and I each a chocolate bunny every Easter.
This particular bunny always had coconut in it which I do not like at all.
As the story goes, one year I stuffed the bunny under my bed to hide it. I have no idea what the logic was for that so long ago, but ants began showing up in my bedroom.
My mama traced the ants to the chocolate bunny under my bed which had become a buffet for the ants.
Needless to say, that was the last Easter that we ever received coconut chocolate bunnies from grandmama!

- printer
- 110 lb. cardstock
- paper cutter
- 5 x 7 black frame

The print colors vary a lot when printing on a home computer versus a laser printer.
A laser print from an office supply store, such as Staples, will show brighter colors. I printed from my home computer and it shows the softer colors.
I highly recommend using 110 lb. cardstock as printing paper.

When my boys were little we could buy 1 pound solid chocolate Easter bunnies. They would sit on the kitchen floor and enjoy. This printable made me chuckle. Thank you for reminding me of that memory.
