FEATURED CREATIVE HANDMADE CRAFT IDEAS
Jenna, from The Painted Apron, upcycled a plastic canister by crafting it in the most amazing way just by using paper and paint. What a gorgeous color combination! She changed her canister from, as she says, “blah to awe!”
Debbee, from Debbees Buzz, hand painted champagne flutes with tropical birds for a wedding gift. I’m sure her gift recipient was thrilled with her artistic talent. Follow her tutorial to see how easily you can hand paint your own glasses!
Last week, Haekelfieber-Austria shared her crocheted chili peppers with us from her “Big Food Series.” These colorful crocheted veggies are absolutely adorable! Follow her series posts as she shares the patterns to make these crafted cuties.
Marsha, from The Little Yellow Corner Store, showed us her collection of seasonal porch decor. Her “bees and sunflowers” themed decor she uses for spring really caught my eye. I’m in love with her creative sunflower pillow!
Ann, from The Apple Street Cottage, has the perfect craft for us to make for the special women in our lives for Mother’s Day ~ Homemade Lavender Soap. I can smell the lavender by just looking at her photo, and check out that beautiful gift presentation!
Janet, from A Life of Balance, teaches us how to style tiered trays. She also shows off her many themed trays she has created for holidays and seasons. They are all so festive with cute decor, but I think my favorite is the strawberry theme ~ super cute!

Thank you for featuring the seasonal porches from The Little Yellow Corner Store. I hope others can find an inspiration or two.
You’re welcome, Marsha. Definitely lots of inspiration!
Allyson, I am thrilled to bee featured! My niece and her spouse love the painted glasses that were designed to match their custom cake topper from Etsy. Thanks for including me among so many other talented posts!
Debbee, I’m quite envious of your glasses as I practice occasionally painting on glass, but nothing worthy of showing off yet. The only thing I’ve mastered on glass is dots! LOL
Thank you so much for featuring my upcycled jar Allyson! It was a fun and easy project and now I want to make more 🙂 Happy crafting and happy May!
Jenna, you’re quite welcome. I always enjoy seeing what you create!
Thank you so much for featuring my Lavender Soap, Allyson! Have a wonderful week.
Ann, you’re quite welcome. I love the way lavender smells!
